Shipping & Delivery

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is calculated based on the size of the item and delivery location. Many of our outdoor living products include freight delivery, which may differ from standard parcel shipping.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Most outdoor living items arrive within 5–12 business days, depending on the product and your location.

FREIGHT DELIVERY (PERGOLAS & PATIO SETS)
Large products such as pergolas, outdoor furniture sets, and fire tables may ship via curbside freight delivery. Freight carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

INSPECT YOUR DELIVERY
Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
